Full Circle Leadership Organizational Workshops

The intent of this worksis to establish or strengthen an embodied practice of inclusive leadership. Participants practice these principles through hands-on (experiential and interactive) activities followed up by reflection and discussion. We delve into Attentive Listening and Empathy as the building blocks for Cultural Humility which is a commitment to self-evaluation and self-critique when thinking and acting on issues of difference and identity.  As a community, we will explore ways in which we have been systemically targeted, places we hold privilege and bias, and creative ways of identifying and interrupting issues that do not align with values of inclusion.

We create a practice of community Shared Agreements & Loving Accountability. We begin discussing ways to be co-conspirators (allies) with each other as co-workers/Leaders and with the investors who benefit from the organization’s work. This workshop leads with experiential processes and followed up by the frameworks that support them second. (First do, then reflect on what you experienced.)  Too often, inclusive leadership work can become intellectualized rather than felt. Transformative change results when we integrate embodied experience: i.e.: the feelings, emotions, and physical sensations underlying our perceptions, fears, and biases. This workshop supports all prople in their respective professional development journeys. We create a culture where we can meet each other where we are currently on our respective journeys.

We provide unique and experiential workshops for groups of any size and lengths of time enabling leaders and staff to learn and practice equitable, inclusive, culturally responsive practices. Our workshop supports the creation of transformative working and learning communities.

We custom design programs for each organization. Many organizations focus on these practices & principles:

  1. Attentive Listening

  2. Empathy

  3. Identity

  4. Cultural Humility

  5. Shared Agreements & Loving Accountability

Full Circle Leadership Executive Coaching

Our executive coaching is holistic and transformative. A client’s focus may be the professional domain; yet, we are whole and indivisible people. In order to optimize leadership performance, we draw upon lived experience both current and past, as well as past manners of being to give a leader access to insights which were previously opaque resulting in new choices and opportunities.

We contextualize explorations within the historic and current forces of oppression that dominate human relationships. We honor the many aspects of difference and intersectionality we embody. We seek to heal the multiple identities we experience due to systemic, institutional, cultural and personal dynamics of power and privilege. While our work often leans into the intersections of race, class, gender and sexuality, we actively engage with all other aspects of ourselves, including but not limited to faith, gender identity, ability, national origin and other identities. We are committed to creating conditions where people from all sectors and backgrounds can collectively acknowledge and honor differences, and can build authentic, collaborative relationships between organizations, institutions and the communities they seek to serve.

Our work frees leaders and their organizations from restraints on their thinking and actions, liberating the creative energy of their people to adapt, grow, influence, optimize efficiency, and to lead inclusively, effectively, and courageously.

We provide access to:

  • Leadership to Build Cohesive & Aligned Teams

  • Focus & Vision

  • Communication & Collaboration

  • Effective Action & Productivity

  • Breakthrough Performance

  • Satisfaction & Fulfillment

We will get at the roots of what ultimately determines how effectively a team performs: the human issues that must be explored and resolved in order for individuals to see themselves and their work as a part of a synergistic team—all cooperating/innovating to create something bigger than themselves.

We support leaders to build teams that cohere and create unprecedented performance results though a shared understanding of:

  • Integrity

  • Commitment

  • Accountability

  • Trust

  • Authentic Listening to Build Trust

  • Inclusion

  • Community-building on the Positive (Strength-based Leadership)

What they're saying

“After a long process of investigating organizations, we knew we wanted to work with Full Circle and no one else. And they delivered. Christopher and Ganae are those rare facilitators who can understand the true essence of the group AND what makes each person tick within that group. From there, they can push both the group and individuals to peel back the onions and get at the core of what exists and how to build from that. Yet, they don’t just uncover and step back; rather, they find ways to help both groups and the individuals within that group build structures, strategies, and reflective tools to make the working relationships thrive.”

"Chris was the facilitator and coach of the Inclusive Leaders workshop I participated in. This is a key initiative for my company and I lead it for my organization. I found Chris to be an engaging and informative expert on the content. He provided very tangible guidance on both tools and approaches I could use. He took my business examples and provided specific actions I could take that I have put into practice in my workplace. Chris provided an additional edge to my practice and knowledge of Inclusion. Thank you, Chris!"

"I am a seasoned facilitator but, working with Chris has been a revelation for me. Chris brings a remarkable freshness to his work on inclusion. My skills have been truly enhanced through this experience. I found Chris both insightful and compassionate and he combines these attributes with a tremendous ability to connect with participants and meet their specific needs."
