Full Circle Leadership Executive Coaching

Our work frees leaders and their organizations from restraints on their thinking and actions, liberating the creative energy of their people to adapt, grow, influence, optimize efficiency, and to lead inclusively, effectively, and courageously. We provide access to:

  • Leadership to Build Cohesive & Aligned Teams

  • Focus & Vision

  • Communication & Collaboration

  • Effective Action & Productivity

  • Breakthrough Performance

  • Satisfaction & Fulfillment

We will get at the roots of what ultimately determines how effectively a team performs: the human issues that must be explored and resolved in order for individuals to see themselves and their work as a part of a synergistic team—all cooperating/innovating to create something bigger than themselves. We support leaders to build teams that cohere and create unprecedented performance results though a shared understanding of:

  • Integrity

  • Commitment

  • Accountability

  • Trust

  • Authentic Listening to Build Trust

  • Inclusion

  • Community-building on the Positive (Strength-based Leadership)

Our executive coaching is holistic and transformative. A client’s focus may be the professional domain; yet, we are whole and indivisible people. In order to optimize leadership performance, we draw upon lived experience both current and past, as well as past manners of being to give a leader access to insights which were previously opaque resulting in new choices and opportunities.

We contextualize explorations within the historic and current forces of oppression that dominate human relationships. We honor the many aspects of difference and intersectionality we embody. We seek to heal the multiple identities we experience due to systemic, institutional, cultural and personal dynamics of power and privilege. While our work often leans into the intersections of race, class, gender and sexuality, we actively engage with all other aspects of ourselves, including but not limited to faith, gender identity, ability, national origin and other identities. We are committed to creating conditions where people from all sectors and backgrounds can collectively acknowledge and honor differences, and can build authentic, collaborative relationships between organizations, institutions and the communities they seek to serve.

FCLC Executive Coaching What they’re saying

  • “Chris has an incredible ability to simultaneously meet you where you are and challenge you to think more deeply about your perspectives and interactions with others. I’ve worked with him as both a coach and a facilitator in corporate DEI. As a coach, he held space for my emotions and guided me in taking concrete steps forward when confronting my own privilege and my own marginalization around different aspects of my identity. As a facilitator, Chris role models and teaches skills centered around curiosity, holding safe space, and democratic leadership, encouraging participants to be a part of creating and maintaining the space. I learn something new every time I interact with Chris and frequently recommend him to peers.”

  • “Chris was the facilitator and coach of the Inclusive Leaders workshop I participated in. This is a key initiative for my company and I lead it for my organization. I found Chris to be an engaging and informative expert on the content. He provided very tangible guidance on both tools and approaches I could use. He took my business examples and provided specific actions I could take that I have put into practice in my workplace. Chris provided an additional edge to my practice and knowledge of Inclusion. Thank you, Chris!”

  • “I have the honor of recommending the services and person of Chris Fontana to you. In two years of working together…Chris has demonstrated three remarkable capabilities. The first is the combination of intellect and care he brings to collaborating with colleagues and clients—I’ve been in leadership development and D&I work for several decades, and every time I am with Chris I learn from him and feel cared for. He is an authentically smart and good human being, and in my experience that is a special reality, and nothing to take for granted.

That highly valuable combination has led to the second thing I’d like to highlight about Chris: his ability to facilitate learning is outstanding. Our clients ask for him by name, and my team, too, has learned directly from the way he sees people in learning situations and then guides them to grow even more. This happens in classes, small group work, and in 1:1 coaching and conversation. Some of the ground rules our team uses day to day came from the learning we’ve done with Chris.

Finally, I and my team have found that Chris brings focus, creativity, and courage to designing training and other learning work. He ensures the design serves the objectives, he offers a lot of his own good ideas, and he is open to the input of others. I highly value his courage as well. In 1:1 conversation, training, and coaching, I’ve seen Chris’ confident willingness to bring people to think and talk about difficult, deep matters. Such bravery is vital when it comes to learning around diversity and inclusion. I heartily recommend Chris as a master educator. Greatheart considers him one of us.”
